How do I open Stash?

Click the Stash icon in the menu bar, or press the global shortcut (⌘⇧V by default — change it in Settings).

Where is my history stored?

Entirely on your Mac. Stash has no account and no cloud, and your clipboard is never sent anywhere.

How do I keep a clip permanently?

Pin it. Pinned clips are never removed, even when you clear your history.

What's in Stash Pro?

A one-time purchase unlocks OCR (text from images), hover previews, unlimited history, pinning, multi-select, named snippets, per-app excludes, and auto-clear. (Paste-as-plain-text is free for everyone.)

I bought Pro on another Mac.

Open the Stash Pro screen and choose Restore.

A password I copied didn't show up.

That's intentional — Stash ignores clips that apps like password managers mark as secure.
